We have added a $4.00 packaging & handling fee for all online orders to ensure safe and secure packaging.

 

In-Store and Curbside Pick Up – If you are local to Stillwater or surrounding areas and ordering on our website, choose local pickup (unless of course you would rather us ship your order). Once your order is complete, you will receive an email and a text (If you have provided your phone number) letting you know your order is available for pickup. Pick up your order at 901 S Main St STE 3, Stillwater OK 74074 by coming inside or call 405-762-9761 and we'll bring it out to you. If you place an order with a custom item, we will give you a call and an email once your order is ready for pick up.

Things to keep in mind:

  1. You will need your phone for curbside pick-up.
  2. Our hours are Monday – Friday, 10 AM -5 PM
  3. This service is free!
  4. We will be taking all safety precautions to make sure we respect your health and wellness!

The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence. Should Dearbritt Designs be invoiced directly from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due which will need to be paid immediately.

 

DearBritt Designs is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies, and it is not the responsibility of Dearbritt Designs to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these charges.

 

Most orders are processed within 3 business days unless otherwise noted. Should there be a delay in shipping, we will let you know via email. Please note that ground shipping usually entails a minimum of 3-7 business days for delivery. International shipping should be expected to take a minimum of 15-20 business days.
